Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy

Kauf offers free returns and exchanges for all UK orders.

You can return your order/item(s) for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.  Returns are accepted provided that the product is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with no makeup stains, marks, pulls or rips of garments, with all labels and tags still attached and in its original packaging. The returns form must be filled in and included with the returned items.

The Item(s) will be inspected upon return, if we deem the item(s) unsaleable, it will not be refunded, and will be returned back to you.

For reasons of hygiene, we reserve the right to refuse item(s) returned if conditions are not met.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately on 0773947318 or info@kaufstudio.co before returning the item(s) and we will assist you with your query. It is your right to request a full refund for faulty items within 6 months of purchase - this does not affect your statutory rights.

if you decide to return a gift, we unfortunately cannot prevent the card-owner from knowing.

Returns Procedure

  1. Send us an email at info@kaufstudio.co requesting to return an item
  2. Ensure all item(s) are packed in the original packaging with original tags attached.
  3. We will send you a returns label via email to be printed off.

- If you are returning from a non-UK address, please add postage as required.

  1. Take your parcel to the nearest post office, the returns address is: Kauf Studio, Carver House, Carver Street, Sheffield, S1 4FS 

Returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our Studio, we therefore recommend that you use a tracked service. Always retain proof of postage.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for UK orders

Exchanges are shipped free of charge in the UK.

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different style and size - we offer exchanges for goods of the same value or less. 

Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used only.

If you are not satisfied with the item(s) ordered, you may receive a full refund on item(s) within 14 days of receipt of order. The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with no makeup stains, marks, pulls or rips of garments, with all labels and tags still attached and in its original packaging

Refunds may take between 10-15 business days to process once an item(s) has been received at our returns facility.

Please note that refunds to debit/credit cards normally clear within 1- 2 working days, refunds to PayPal can take up to 30 days and are subject to PayPal refund regulations.
